It's About Time!

Yay! Jason officially started work again today. We got a phone call this morning about 6:40, letting him know he needed to be out in Mountain Home. Thanks for the notice! (Mountain Home is a good 40-45 minutes away) Oh well.
The job looks promising, though. It's a huge remodel, with lots of possible overtime, so we're counting on that to help us catch back up from the last couple of months.

We had a beautiful weekend here, especially yesterday - it was 70 degrees! The nice weather should continue, so I'm planning on doing a good spring cleaning pretty soon. I never broke down and bought a carpet cleaner, so we will probably just rent one for now. But I am going to do some research and see how much it would be for someone to come out and clean all of the windows, blinds, etc - inside and out. My mother-in-law has that done once a year, and she loves it. Plus this way, I won't have to worry about Jason breaking his neck up on the second story. :)
We're having a wine party on March 31st, plus my friend Lauren is coming out the first week of April, so I figure this is a great time to do it. It's funny - I'm going to be doing those things that my mom used to make me and Steph do every summer - wash the kitchen cabinets, wipe down the baseboards - we used to HATE it! I guess it's different when it's your own house and you're paying for it!

Yeah Jason!!! I'm so happy for you guys. And Trishie, I know what you mean about the cleaning thing. It just all comes full circle.

That is a great notice, how rude! Spring cleaning, I HATED it. I always made you wipe down cause I didn't want to have to work that hard...:)

I am glad he finally got it. All that prayer finally worked. Ash works spring cleaning for .50 cents an hour just ask Auntie.
