By now everyone knows that I'm expecting! We are absolutely thrilled, and a little relieved too...now we know we both "work!"
I had my first doctor's appointment this morning, and I have to say I'm a little discouraged. Apparently when they did the ultrasound yesterday, the baby's heart rate was very low. We decided it would be a good idea to do another ultrasound, so I have an appt. on the 23rd. If everything is good at that point, I will have my first office exam. I was instructed to lay low and inform the office if symptoms return. I'm praying they don't, and I know everyone else is too, so that's always comforting.

I was talking to my mom the other day about what I had told her when I was in high school. I told her that I was going to decorate my babies room in Suzy Zoo. Come to find out, Suzy Zoo nursery stuff has been discontinued!
Yes, it's very girlie stuff, and since we know we're having a boy (according to Jason!) it wouldn't quite work, but how disappointing! I still think it's cute. :)

I am so excited and I hope for a girl you can tell Jason that. and about the room maybe you could just put accents of suzys zoo. Also I wanted to buy the baby its first bear so hold off on buying one.
We are praying for you and looking forward to welcoming this little one into the world. I don't care if it is a boy or girl it is a blessing to you guys either way.
Dito, I don't care but for Jason's sake, I've been calling it the "little guy." The 23rd seems like a ways away, but we're all praying! :)
I just searched for suzy zoo and there are two items on amazon, a mobile, and wall art(little stickers of the animals) that would be cute to go off of!
They also have the whole crip set on ebay for $249, they say it is new and the seller has a good rating. There might be somethings out there that we can find!

Trisha & Jason & baby, you all are in our prayers. We just can't wait to meet the little one. What a blessing!!!!
And I'm planning a shower right now for a friend who is doing a safari/jungle theme. Its not Suzys Zoo, but there are so many things that are cute and zooish and can go for either boy or girl.
Wow, I guess we'll just have to keep that in mind!
