Last night Jason and I carved pumpkins - our one yearly tradition on Halloween. And I actually remembered to take pictures!
Jason did a scary face (not really sure what it's called) and mine is the bat on the right side. We had about 40 trick-or-treaters - double from last year - so that was fun. Lots of spiderman costumes this year!
Guiness is trucking right along. He slept in his own bed last night, which was nice for me and Jason. I don't know how, but both he and Rusty seem to be bed hogs! I told him this morning that he only had a few more days of the cone, since he hates it every morning when I go to put it on him, poor little guy.

You can see that his cone isn't really a "cone-shape" anymore - he's ran into things with it so much it's all bent around the edges!

I can't believe that November is already here! I love fall, and that means Christmas is right around the corner! Tomorrow Jason and I will celebrate our 4th anniversary - time flies! It will be our last one as just a couple... that's strange to think about, too.
I've been having a really hard time trying to decide what to do about work when Anthony comes. We've looked into day care, and it's going to be around $900 a month for full-time. My boss won't even let me THINK about a flex schedule, so that's out of the question. Jason doesn't really want to pay that much money per month for day care when I could possibly just work part-time from home. I signed up with "Jobs For Moms.com" the other day, so I'm looking into what they have available. It's hard. Most of the time I really like my job, I have great benefits, and I just don't know if I want to totally lose that interaction with other adults on a daily basis. Maybe I'm being selfish, I don't know. Keep praying about it, that's all I can do.

Love the pumpkins, yet another year goes by and I didn't carve! Guiness looks cute, not too mad. That is how Mag's cone looks, like someone beat it up!
You're not being selfish, don't worry. :) It'll become clear as to what to do as it gets closer. Easy for me to say, anyway. :) Happy Anniversary tomorrow!!
Your pumpkins look good. Spider Man was big here too. I took pics of ours and of Ash so I will have to post them.
Its hard to lose that adult interaction. The first 6 months was fine, after that I missed that. Start looking into various play groups for Anthony. Check with adult schools, libraries, stuff like that. You'll find tons of mommy and me things to get involved with, which will keep you from saying "Ga ga goo goo" all the time. Did you guys have a good dinner?
