Book Club

A few jobs ago, I used to belong to a book club that the girls in the office decided to start. It was a lot of fun, so I decided to start one here! I invited the ladies from the Fire Dept, plus one I used to work with at Red Cross, and our first meeting is at the end of November at my house. I'm really excited! We decided to start with Thirteen Moons, by Charles Frazier. It has gotten really good reviews. I'm headed to Costco tomorrow evening after work to pick it up, since they have the best deal on books, especially ones in hardback.
We're going to do a potluck dinner and everything -- I'm hoping it's a success!

How funny - that was one of the books that I chose to be part of our vote, but nobody picked it. I thought it sounded really good, so send it my way!
