12 weeks

"The most dramatic development this week: reflexes. Your baby's fingers will soon begin to open and close, his toes will curl, his eye muscles will clench, and his mouth will make sucking movements....From crown to rump, your baby-to-be is just over 2 inches long (about the size of a lime) and weighs half an ounce."
I've had two pretty good days in a row, not much nausea, so I hope we're near the end. Still exhausted, though. Hopefully only a couple more weeks to go!
Last Friday I had a doctor appt, and we were able to hear the heartbeat. The baby is still pretty small, so it wasn't for very long, but at least it offered some peace of mind. All of my blood work came back fine from the first visit, so we're good to go!
Some days I can wear my regular jeans still, and some days I can't. Luckily I kept all of my maternity clothes from last time, so I just washed up a pair of jeans to have on hand for the "fatter" days. :) Things are moving much more quickly this time!

So glad you were able to hear the heart beat! Hopefully the nausea is gone in the next couple of weeks!! Looking forward to seeing you and your "belly" next month :)
